Delivery
Your purchase will be dispatched within 2-5 working days via DPD. Shipping is priced at £6.95. Northern Ireland is £30.
Returns
Returns, including sale items, are within 7 days from date of delivery. We have two options when it comes to returning your purchase:
1) You can use the pre-paid returns label enclosed within your purchase. You just need to take the parcel to the Post Office. This is priced at £6.95 and the cost will be deducted from your refund.
2) We can arrange a courier to collect from any given UK address. You can choose the day you prefer and collections are between 9am-5pm (Monday-Friday). This is priced at £18 and the cost is deducted from your refund.

Items must be in unworn and in the same condition. If for any reason it is not in it's original condition there will be no refund.
We aim to process all refunds and exchanges within 2 business days of receiving the return back at our warehouse. Please allow a further 5 business days for this to reflect in your accounts.
*The courier can come on a specified day Monday-Friday, however, if no one is home or the collection is missed this will incur the £18 charge and will need to be rearranged for an additional £18.
