Nigel explained how everything worked, then gave me the freedom to browse and select as many dresses as I wanted to try on—there’s an extensive range of dresses, hats, and accessories.

While I tried the dresses on, Nigel offered helpful advice and helped me find matching hats, shoes, and even a handbag (which they can dye to match your dress). In the end, I bought two dresses! One needed a slight alteration, which Nigel arranged for the very next morning—just three hours later, my dress was ready to take home.

An absolute amazing purchase journey. I had been looking around for a few months for a hat for my daughter's wedding but could not find the correct colour or style I was looking for. I searched online with Nigel Rayment & within half an hour had easily found the hat I wanted. The ordering process was quick & simple & the site very user-friendly, but when the hat arrived a few days later........well, what can I say - the quality was excellent & the colour true to it's description. It arrived in a huge sturdy hat box within another box with layers & layers of tissue paper protecting the hat. I will definitely order from here again if I ever need another hat, highly recommended

I ordered Invitations by Veni 29607 Navy, Size 8. A few hours later I realised I'd ordered the incorrect colour, and size so emailed the store. Nigel Rayment immediately changed the order, so I'd receive the correct item. The store's commitment to their customers is impressive. The dress Invitations by Veni 29607 Shamrock, Size 6 arrived well-boxed, uncreased and earlier than expected. The dress fitted perfectly, and the colour was the same as shown on the website. I ordered online using the recommended size from the size chart. No alteration is necessary as the dress fitted perfectly and is the perfect length.

The quality of the dress and the customer service is exceptional.
