Preorder FAQ

See a style you have fallen in love with and have to try it? GUARANTEE yourself the chance to try by pre-ordering the dress online for JUST £100 DEPOSIT. When the dress arrives we will send an invoice for the remainder of the balance*. The dress will then be sent by courier for you to try at home. Please note, preorders are for home delivery only — dresses cannot be kept in-store for try-on. Decided against the dress and want to return? No problems at all, there will be a return label enclosed for you to return for a full refund (minus return postage of £6.95)

In general, we order the dresses 6 months in advance and the designers only make the quantities ordered. We usually order each style in one per size, once this size has sold we are unable to obtain anymore as the designers do not make any dresses to order. 

By pre-ordering this guarantees yourself the chance to try your dream dress without worrying it will sell out and at no risk as you CAN RETURN as usual.

The initial pre-order is just a £100 deposit. The balance is then payable 48 hours after the dress arrives to us. Once you have paid the balance we will ship as usual.

We have been told to expect the collections anytime from November up until the end of January. Unfortunately we are unable to give specific dates on each individual style.

No worries, just let us know and we can cancel the pre-order and refund the deposit in full!

You’re welcome to preorder more than one size or style. As the new collections arrive (through to around March), we’ll happily extend your return window until both of your preorders have arrived so you can compare and decide between them. However, if your return window has been extended beyond the standard 14 days, you’ll be able to return only one dress for a refund. If you’re unsure about any of the delivered styles, we recommend returning them promptly to avoid disappointment later should the other preorder not be the one for you.
