Hi Nigel, There are plenty of 'mother of the bride' shops nearby in the North. However what are missing are shops which have the range and sizes. They seemed to have a few styles for each designer but not the range that I experienced today. Nor did they have the accessories which make the outfit so perfect, they tended to stock shoes to try on outfits but did not sell anything like the quality accessories which you stock. I did a lot of research before deciding to come to you but it was your website which drew me as it emphasizes customer care and your prompt warm e mails encouraged me to travel the distance. Despite the weather, I left London feeling so happy! Jackie was truly amazing. Her attention to my needs from the moment I entered the shop was exemplary. She sensitively made suggestions and comments which were at all times very helpful. I had the sense that she would not have sold me something which did not look good. The service which included offering appropriately matched shoes, bag and fascinator, all of which I chose to purchase, was outstanding. Jess also played her part in creating a joyous experience and she too deserves a mention. Right down to the packaging, care about plastic bags because of the weather, suggestions for a great lunch all added to a day we will not forget. My sincere thanks to you too for the sensitive and welcoming e mails sent prior to my visit. Perhaps you would be so kind as to pass on my compliments to your staff. I shall certainly recommend you all and look forward to my next daughter's marriage when we will meet again I have many friends who are at the stage of life when children are getting married and I will pass the word around about you. My train ticket was only £70 and the pressure is off now as I have purchased everything. Another suggestion would be to emphasize on your website your commitment to ladies who come from afar.
